Reservations

General conditions:
Inquiries about the accommodations at the Boštanj Guest House can be made every weekday from 7:00 am to 3:00 pm by calling +386 40 65 57 93 or writing to This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it . On weekends inquiries are only accepted by phone. Based on your inquiry, an optional reservation is made and an offer is drawn up. This offer must be confirmed and the required information must be sent within the specified deadline. The booking is confirmed upon receipt of the required information and/or a prepayment.

Cancellation fees

For large groups consisting of at least 6 guests (14 days before arrival): no fee.
For individual guests (7 days before arrival): no fee.
If reservations are cancelled from 14 to 5 days before arrival (for groups) or 7 to 3 days before arrival (for individual guests), 30% of the entire reservation amount is charged.
If reservations are cancelled less than 5 days before arrival (for groups) or 3 days before arrival (for individual guests), 80% of the entire reservation amount is charged.

If guests fail to cancel their reservations and do not arrive, they are charged 100% of the agreed-upon reservation amount.
